Patrick S. Mullin, age 60, was appointed as a director in June 2011. Mr. Mullin served as Managing Partner for the Northeast Ohio practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1999 until his retirement in June 2011, where he spent most of his time serving as the advisory Partner for several publicly traded companies. In this role, Mr. Mullin served as a trusted business advisor to the CEOs, CFOs and the audit committee chairs. Prior to that, Mr. Mullin was a tax practitioner for 27 years, spending most those years working on various types of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, private placements and purchase, and sales of companies. Additionally, Mr. Mullin has been involved in a number of firm activities including chairing both the Partner Compensation Committee and the new Partner & Director Committee. Mr. Mullin currently serves on the boards of several community organizations including Case Medical Center - University Hospitals of Greater Cleveland, Cleveland Scholarship Program, Cleveland Zoological Society, and Greater Cleveland Partnership.
