Michael V. Johnson, 60, Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Johnson began his career at OM Group in November, 2010. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for FXI Innovations Inc., located in Media, Pa. Earlier, he spent over 17 years with Sanofi-Aventis, as Vice President, Human Resources US Commercial Operations Group, also holding several senior level Human Resources positions in both commercial and industrial operations with predecessor companies, Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. He began his Human Resources career with Stewart-Warner Corporation, in Chicago, Ill. Mr. Johnson earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
