EXECUTIVES

Kenneth Haber, 56, Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Haber assumed his current position on an interim basis in 2005 and permanently in 2006.  Earlier, he worked on significant projects for OM Group, helping to develop a rigorous planning/budgeting process and establishing key performance metrics.  Prior to joining OM Group, he was owner and President of G&H Group Company.  The certified public accountant holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
