Board of Directors

Richard W. Blackburn, age 64, has been a Director since August 2005.  Mr. Blackburn retired from Duke Energy Corporation in 2004 after seven years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel; in the last year, he was also Chief Administrative Officer.  Mr. Blackburn is a Director of Enesco Group, Inc., a producer of giftware and home and garden decor products, and a Trustee of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and George Washington University.
