EXECUTIVES

Valerie Gentile Sachs, 52, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  Before her appointment to her present position in 2005, Ms. Sachs served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc.  Earlier, she was General Counsel of Marconi plc; Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Marconi Communications, Inc.; and Senior Associate Counsel at the former M.A. Hanna Company.  She began her career as an Associate with the law firm of Arter & Hadden and later was with the law firm of Baker Hostetler.  Ms. Sachs earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
